WEEK 01Story & visual planning
Build a hook, develop a payoff and turn your idea into a shootable plan. Learn visual storytelling, coverage and the “give every shot a clock” method.

WEEK 02Realistic stills & consistency
Prepare images that support believable motion. Learn natural skin, camera placement, light direction and how to preserve a character and location across shots.

- Selective corrections without losing approved details
You create: A reference pack and an animation-ready starting frame.
WEEK 03Motion, performance & direction
Turn prepared visuals into directed scenes using my Seedance-centred workflow. Learn readable action, camera movement, physical continuity and focused revisions.
- Self-contained prompts with exact shot timings
- Eyelines, gestures, props and incoming and outgoing states
- Reviewing failed takes and preserving good footage
You create: Your core video clips and an initial sequence.
WEEK 04Editing, sound & final delivery
Shape the footage into a film. Refine the pacing, build the sound, match colour and export your final short.

What you need
A laptop, reliable internet, headphones and time to practise. No previous AI filmmaking experience required. The tool list and practice budget follow signup. Wait for my guide before buying subscriptions.
How it works
One two-hour live class each week, plus about 3–5 hours of practice. Teaching sessions are recorded, with replays for 90 days after the final class. Classes start Tuesday, 27 October 2026 at 6pm UTC, then run every Tuesday for four weeks. You receive the Telegram group link after payment; live-session links are shared in the group.
Your project
You create one 30–60-second short with my guidance. Mentorship includes two calls and one written review. Your result depends on preparation, practice and revisions.
